Step 1
Place Large pan on stove on low to medium heat. Spray pan with olive oil very lightly.
Step 2
Season one side of the fillet with salt and pepper, place on pan and then season other side. Cook for 7 to 8 minutes and make sure you don't burn. after cooked let it sit 4 to 5 minutes.
Step 3
Place separate pan on medium to high heat, poor in chicken stock, 1 tbs of mustard and mix well. Place granny smith apples (peeled and sliced) into pan and make sure you cover them with sauce. Cook apples until soft but not gooey should only take 4 to 5 minutes.
Step 4
then steam green beans for 3 minutes.
Step 5
place spinach leaves into bowl and poor steaming hot water into bowl. let it sit for 2 minutes.
Step 6
Then put everything on a plate to be served
