Ingredients
- Dip:
- 2 boxes Frozen Chopped Spinach
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- 1 cup Milk
- 4 tbsp Flour
- 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese
- 3-4 tbsp Parmesan Cheese
- 1 14oz can Artichoke Hearts
- Pita Chips:
- Cooking Spray
- Pita (cut in wedges and pulled apart)
- Kosher Salk
Instructions
Step 1
Cook 2 boxes Frozen Chopped Spinach in a microwave for 4 minutes. Drain well. Chop them well.
Step 2
Wash and drain the Artichoke. Chop into pieces.
Step 3
Add 3 tbsp Butter, and 1 tbsp Olive Oil in a sauce pan over medium heat. when the butter is melted, add 4 tbsp Flour. Mix well.
Step 4
Add 1 cup Chicken Broth, stir well. Add 1 cup Milk. Stir well. When they get thicken, add some salt and pepper. Turn off the heat, add 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese and 3-4 tbsp Parmesan Cheese. Mix well. Add the chopped Spinach and Artichoke. Mix well. Turn the heat to med low. Keep stirring. Transfer the mixture to a serving plate. Add some Mozzarella Cheese and Parmesan Cheese on top, spread well.
Step 5
Pre-heat the oven to 350F.
Step 6
Cook in the oven for 8-10 minutes minutes.
Step 7
Cut the Pita in wedges and pulled apart, 8 pieces per Pita. Place a foil in a baking pan, spray some oil on it. Spread the pita pieces on the pan. Spray some oil on top. Drizzle some Kosher Salk on top. Cook in oven for 8-10 minutes.
