- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon turbinado sugar
- Juice of half a lemon
- 1/3 cup fresh grated horseradish
- Vegan Seafood:
- Soy protein "fish"
- Vegan shrimp
- Salt
- Pepper
- Tempura Batter:
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tablespoon corn starch
- 1 cup club soda (carbonated water)
- Breadcrumbs
- 4 cups shredded cabbage (1/2 large cabbage)
- Carrots, Julienned
- 1/2 cup Vegenaise (or any vegan mayonnaise)
- 1/2 cup soy milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- Juice of half a lemon
- Pinch of salt
- Pepper to taste
