Ingredients

  • Tartar Sauce:
  • 1 cup Vegenaise (or any vegan mayonnaise)
  • 2 teaspoons grated onion
  • 1/3 cup diced sweet pickle
  • 1/3 cup fresh baby dill
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of pepper
  • Cocktail Sauce:
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon turbinado sugar
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 1/3 cup fresh grated horseradish
  • Vegan Seafood:
  • Soy protein "fish"
  • Vegan shrimp
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Tempura Batter:
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tablespoon corn starch
  • 1 cup club soda (carbonated water)
  • Breadcrumbs
  • 4 cups shredded cabbage (1/2 large cabbage)
  • Carrots, Julienned
  • 1/2 cup Vegenaise (or any vegan mayonnaise)
  • 1/2 cup soy milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pepper to taste
